Delivery
Shipping to the United Kingdom

We ship orders to the United Kingdom. United Kingdom orders are sold and invoiced by LOU International Ltd.
Stock management and order fulfilment are handled through our fulfilment partner in Türkiye, Park Palet.

For UK orders, prices include applicable taxes where required. Customers will not be charged additional import duties or customs fees upon delivery.

Shipping Costs
  • Standard UK Shipping: £9.99

  • FREE Standard Shipping on UK orders over £59.98

All UK orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis:

  • All customs duties and taxes are included

  • No additional charges will be required on delivery

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time for UK orders is 5–10 business days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, courier operations, public holidays, or peak periods. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels at no additional cost.

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns
Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in the same condition as received:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed

  • With all original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Hygiene Notice
For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or used — even for fitting — cannot be accepted for return. Items showing signs of use, including odour, stains, deformation, or washing marks, will not be approved and may be returned to you.

How to Request a Return

Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Once approved, we will provide full return instructions and the return address.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
  • If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by us

  • For all other returns (including change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution. We may request photos or videos to assist with this process.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
